Condely Construction was founded in the 1980s by Wayne Condely, initially as a subcontractor for a local commercial builder. Over time, the company has undergone significant growth and change. One key development was the addition of Nathan Condely, who joined the team in 1999 as an apprentice.
Nathan Condely has been instrumental in the company’s progress. He not only became a qualified builder but also pursued formal education in Project Management.
At present, Condely Construction employs nine staff members. With their collective experience, the team is focused on delivering high-quality building solutions to a diverse range of clients, irrespective of project size. Impressively, Nathan has successfully executed projects overseas, showcasing Condely Construction’s capabilities in delivering exceptional construction solutions abroad.

Larnec Partners with Condely Construction for Swan Hill Soccer Club's Facilities Upgrade
Condely Construction was recently contracted to undertake a significant project – a major facilities upgrade at the Swan Hill Soccer Club. This project was initiated to cater to the increasing interest in soccer and anticipated future demands of the Swan Hill Soccer League. The Scope of the new construction encompassed the creation of four unisex change rooms, two unisex umpire facilities, an accessible toilet, a social space, a first-aid area, and storage facilities.
For this project, Nathan opted to collaborate with Larnec as the door supplier. This choice was grounded in Larnec’s reputation for providing high-quality products and the premium level of service that Nathan had consistently received from Larnec over many years.
