We work hard to ensure your new doors are delivered safely and damage free, by packaging them effectively so they are secure and protected during transit. If, for any reason, your goods are damaged, we recommend noting the consignment number and emailing us within 24 hours so we can take prompt action.
Once your new door arrives, it’s best to install it as soon as possible to reduce the risk of accidental damage. Alternatively, you can store your doors prior to installation but ensure the storage is secure and undercover, as our packaging is only intended to protect goods in transit.
